Role Summary  

The position coordinates, executes and manages call and email programs built to effectively retain customers through positive relationship building, listening to concerns/addressing issues and educating on available products and services.

Key Job Responsibilities 
• Handle all customer inquiries using various methods.  (70 or more/ day)
• Daily administration of customer/dealer inquiries including account changes, account updates, return mail, overpayments and billings updates.
• Responsible for credit card information updates in ABM/ACKNOW & credit card payments processing.
• Work with customer to identify reason for service cancellation requests.
• Utilize effective sales and persuasion skills in addition to a solid knowledge of the company's products and competitor's products to provide customers with product recommendations appropriate to solve their issue and retain. 
• Develop strategies and recommendations to retain customers before cancellation
• Notify dealers of all impending cancellations
• Prepare cancellations spreadsheet complete with final billing adjustments to be sent to billing and the station. Mail final bills to customer.
• Provide tailored responses that match the caller’s expectations and demonstrate a sense of urgency for their request
• Build strong rapport by utilizing interpersonal skills, asking clarifying questions, and anticipating customer needs
